What Riders Are Saying

“Aspire was such a great time for my 2 elementary aged riders. They gained confidence and skills and can’t wait to hop back on their bikes again in the spring.”

— Cazra Dunford

“Aspire helped kickstart our MTB season by building a strong endurance foundation.”

— Kirsch Family

“Fun family oriented head coaches!!”

— Craig Keith

“Aspire was an awesome experience for the variety of ages and skill level in my family. The Enduro program is second to none and garnered confidence in my rider. The XC team was a lot of fun and gave my rider an opportunity to meet and mingle with other teams. The JR program was so much fun. It allowed a great sense of exploration and developed great skills and started some fun friendships.”

— Annette Astin

“My kids loved Aspire and had lots of fun riding with other kids that were interested in Mt biking.”

— Short Family

“Nice way to get riders on the bike earlier in the season, before NICA starts in the summer. Appreciated the detailed coach training and nutrition information too. It was nice to feel we had a "home base" and rider support during spring races. It was also fun to get to know bike families from other teams in the area besides our own.”

— Name Withheld

“Really fun met a lot of friends from other teams I normally wouldn’t have met.”

— Jonas Blankenstein, student rider

 FAQs

  • Many riders are looking to ride hard and improve. We believe that putting time in on the bike is the first step to being prepared mentally and physically for racing. We also know and understand some kids just want to ride for fun. ASPIRE MTB can help with both!

  • Most groups will ride 2 times per week. As summer approaches ASPIRE will drop off to allow riders to join their local NICA groups. Aspire Race does longer endurance rides on Saturdays. Younger groups will ride 1-2 times per week and, with enough coach support, the option to continue through summer.
